A 54-year-old male patient was admitted to the critical care unit at the King Fahd Hospital of the University with a diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome. The patient was referred to the Dermatology Department for skin rash on the chest that had been present for the past few years [Figure 1]. Lesions were asymptomatic and did not resolve with repetitive washing and scrubbing. No similar lesions were found elsewhere.
